Thi Buying a car at Paul Miller Audi is a very easy experience. From the paperwork with Michael S. to the excellent training session by Peter Wendell. This is my seventh experience with Peter and like fine wine, it get's better every time, even though you don't think that it could possibly get better. Peter knows what I like and I bought the car in between other customers on a busy holiday weekend. What more can I say? You guys rock!!!! More

I’ve always been a big fan of Audi’s due to the design, craftsmanship and the exceptional performance. What made me fall in love with the brand even more was the degree of customer service that I received from the staff at my local Audi dealership Byers Imports (these guys knock it out of the park). I live in Columbus Ohio and I leased my first Audi from the previously mentioned awesome dealership, Byers Imports, which was an Audi S5. I absolutely loved that car, generically named "The Silver Bullet." After my lease ended I decided to upgrade to more of a big boy car and I decided on an Audi S7 of which I purchased from a dealership from New Jersey, Paul Miller Audi. At first I thought I was getting the same exceptional treatment that I’ve enjoyed from Byers Audi however I was in for a rude awakening. After purchasing the vehicle which was a 2014 Audi S7 with roughly about 20,000 miles on it I had run into a multitude of problems. I recently had my car extensively repairs at the same dealership that I purchase from Paul Miller Audi which ran me almost about $13,000. I have attached the action plan of what they sent me as well as the estimate from the insurance company's claims adjuster. Imagine my surprise after receiving the vehicle back after a few weeks of repair work not all of the damages were fixed. For example the cracked windshield was not repaired, the damage to the front right bumper was not repaired. I guess I should have written this email then (which was towards middle of July) but I was just relieved to have my car back in driving order. Now not only was I treated terribly at the Paul Miller dealership but after roughly about 3 weeks after receiving the vehicle back while I was driving back to work from my lunch break it breaks down in the middle of the road with all of the dash lights coming on the dashboard. The steering wheel locks up and I almost run into another car on the road. Luckily I was not driving on the highway and by some miracle I did not run into another car, but psychologically I’m in shock, distressed and very shaken up. (I have attached some pics that I took of the dash). I am very confused and frustrated at this point as the brand that I’ve come to know and love is basically accusing me of tampering with the vehicle, stating and I quote “that I ran over a pothole or did something with the car after I received it” which is absolutely insane. After doing an extensive check at my local dealership Byer's Audi determined that the steering rack has failed in the vehicle and needed to be replaced which would cost another $3500. At this time the odometer read 36,600 miles, so I have had the car for about a year and half and barely put about 16,000 miles on it not only to have 6 of the fuel injectors replaced but also the steering rack replaced?!? Also at the time that I ran over the piece of wood on the highway I had about 35,500 miles on the car so in the span of 1000 miles the steering rack breaks? That seems very odd for me as Audis are known to endure very punishing conditions. I've reached out to several different parties including the Audi Customer Service of America, Paul Miller Audi's supervisors, my insurance company, and Byer's Audi. Out of the 4 aforementioned parties 2 of them have been working with me to come to a resolution which are Byers and my insurance company StateFarm. Little can be said about Paul Miller, and what was surprising to me was the Audi Customer Service team. Now for Audi Customer Service I was working with a representative on Saturday 8/18 however I have had a hard time communicating with that team as it seems like they are having trouble reaching the dealerships. I recognize that this email letter would probably never reach anyone of importance there, let alone Mr. Abraham Schot or Dr. Herbert Diess. But imagine having bought the car of your dreams and for that dream to come crumbling down in a 0-60 minute. I want to continue to purchase and drive Audi vehicles and I want all of my kids, my family members and my friends to drive Audi vehicles. However with what has happened to me within the last couple of months it has truly shaken up my perception of the Audi name and the Audi brand as well as what they stand for. Before I thought they stood for loyalty, honesty, integrity and of course utmost performance & engineering. At the moment I am struggling to find any of those qualities within the 4 rings of Audi. The last thing I want is to cast any type of negative image to Audi since I still truly love the brand and vehicles. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys for your time and I would hope that you help protect future Audi owner's from what I have experienced. More

Everyone I dealt with including Natasha at the reception desk was courteous, helpful, and ready to please. When the service was completed and my car was returned to me, I could not believe the cleanliness of my car which only reflects the tedious effort that must have been put into servicing the mechanical needs of my car. Thank you everyone!!! More
