I do think you are overzealous in confirming pending appointments with multiple phone calls, text messages and emails. Better you qualify which of your customers are idiots :) I do have one comment regarding my visit. I received a loaner car (appreciate availability) however I received less than a full tank of gas in the car. That was later identified on my receipt as 5/8 of a tank. I did not replace gas when I returned the car and accept the charge for gas and the service charge associated with that. However, I was charged for 2.3 gallons of gas. I drove the car almost exactly 20 miles total. Find it hard to belief the car got 8.7 miles/gallon. This is not a big deal to me. Just thought I'd mention. More
