Overall service is good but Good service overall. Just disappointed that fernando never called me for my gas credit. The ladies in the evening when i picked up my vehicle told me fernando would take care of it. Today is friday and i picked up my car on monday. 10,000 mile check up I dropped my car off at 10am (made appt) was told it was under an hour job, at 1pm I was told it was not done yet and the guys were breaking for lunc I dropped my car off at 10am (made appt) was told it was under an hour job, at 1pm I was told it was not done yet and the guys were breaking for lunch and wouldn't be back till 2. I couldn't wait so they came back from lunch to finish my car. I hated to impose like that, but I'm glad they went the extra mile to make me happy. More
