Great experience! We were looking for a preowned A4 Premium Plus Audi. I Saw one on line, called up, made appt. When we got there we met with George Hildreth, who informed us someone had put a deposit on the car we were interested in. I wasn't happy. We just drove over an hour and my husband, myself and my son took off work for this. ANY WAY, George said he had something else to show us and I figured they got us in the door, yada yada yada. The vehicle he showed us was AMAZING! Everything we wanted, pretty low mileage, clean and just beautiful! Test drive was great! Felt like a brand new car! We started to negotiate (had a trade in). I did my homework, so I was aware of what I should be able to get it for. I told him I wasn't going to sit here for hours going back and forth (I mean, the dog was home alone!) He said he understood and within a very short period of time (30 mins or less) we had a deal. There as no BS and no pressure at all. I knew what I wanted to spend, and I spent a little less than I thought (good thing!) This was the best car buying experience I have ever had with ANY dealership. They were professional, polite and I can actually say it was a pleasure doing business with them! I def recommend them if you're looking for an Audi. Also, Charlie, the finance manager, was extremely nice and very funny! More
