Very happy with my car I am very pleased with my Pre-Owned Audi Q5 Premium Plus. I believe all of their vehicles are priced very competitively and there is little "fluff" in I am very pleased with my Pre-Owned Audi Q5 Premium Plus. I believe all of their vehicles are priced very competitively and there is little "fluff" in their pricing that you may expect in a dealership. My complaint is that I had financing through another bank (not Audi), and it seemed unusually difficult for my salesperson to inform me of the problems with regard to what the dealership needed with verification of funds transfer (I came in with a pre-approved loan). I feel that the communication I received during the sales process could have been much better because it seemed that my sales person expected me to do much of the leg work (phone calls to my bank to verify status of funds, making follow-up calls, etc.), and seemed to be unhappy when I didn't get the answers he wanted. After I called my bank several times to ask for verification of funds transfer, they told me one of the main reasons it took so long is because the wrong VIN # was entered into the documentation to the bank. As a customer I felt I did more than my part and as a customer (who drove in from NY to purchase the vehicle), I felt that I could've been given a little better treatment, or at least a little consideration that it was difficult for me to get there a second time. It seemed that because I received my loan from an outside source, I was penalized for it. While I don't really believe that's the case, clearer information and better communication from the salesperson of what was needed and why the transaction couldn't be processed that day, and when things would be ready would have made me feel much more comfortable. While the price of the vehicle was very fair and I also received a very fair price for my trade-in, the sales experience was not what I expected, and I did not feel like my sales person had my interests in mind while conducting business. More

I showed up on a Saturday morning without any appointment because I had run I am VERY pleased with the reception I received at the Service Department. I showed up on a Saturday morning without any appointment because I had run over a big screw which was sticking in one of my tires. I was afraid to remove it and just drove to your Dealership--hoping. The Service Manager took me right in, was very pleasant and working around appointments was able to see to it my tire got repaired and he got me on my way. He made me feel really good that I had bought my car at Paul Miller. My car also got a wash for an extra bonus. A stressful early morning became the beginning of a nice day. More

From there I worked with Pete Elia in sales who was far and away the most pleasant salesman I have ever worked with. Not only was he responsive and no-pressure, he went out of his way to make my experience easy. From picking me up at the train station, to making sure the car was absolutely perfect at the time of deliver, Pete went above and beyond. Moreover, I saved over $6,000 compared to the local offerings in Saratoga - well worth the trip down. I cant say enough good things about Paul Miller Audi. More
