I knew I was to pay a premium for such model so I did my homework and defined exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I have to say that most dealers I visited just tried to start the tug of war on price which I wasn't willing to get into. That drove me back to Nick Atkinson at Paul Miller Audi, the experience was really open, smooth and straightforward, no need to fight about price as his price offering was close to what I planned to spend. I took my time to decide and I felt no pressure or that annoying feeling of disparage or belittle that sometimes happen when no decision is taken immediately. Finally, once decided, the process went as smooth as it can be, just a little waiting time for the financial manager (I signed last day of the month) and it was all done. I was quite surprised with Nick's explanation of the vehicle, I thought I already knew the car to the detail, but he took the time to show me those details you just miss in an online evaluation. Overall, great experience with a great brand in a great dealer with an outstanding salesperson. More
