Worst car buying experience My wife and I went to purchase and CPO Audi Q5 2.0T from this dealership. Most of the people who work there are arrogant and have attitude like they are doing you a favor by selling their precious cars. We were assigned to work with Bernardo Amster that disappointed us even more by acting like we disturbed him on his day off. First, they did not want to negotiate a penny on the price of the car. They are so cheap that did not even want to give a Audi coffee mug when we closed a deal on $33k. Second, as a sale person gave us the impression that he didn't care if we purchase or not car. Third, we had some delays and issues with documentation processing. So, overall very unpleasant experience from the luxury brand they represent. More
