Most of the people who work there are arrogant and have attitude like they are doing you a favor by selling their precious cars. We were assigned to work with Bernardo Amster that disappointed us even more by acting like we disturbed him on his day off. First, they did not want to negotiate a penny on the price of the car. They are so cheap that did not even want to give a Audi coffee mug when we closed a deal on $33k. Second, as a sale person gave us the impression that he didn't care if we purchase or not car. Third, we had some delays and issues with documentation processing. So, overall very unpleasant experience from the luxury brand they represent. More

Friendly staff, poor quality service Had my 2013 A6 there due to a water drain leak issue. First time they said the checked and cleaned leaves and debris everything should be fine. Took Had my 2013 A6 there due to a water drain leak issue. First time they said the checked and cleaned leaves and debris everything should be fine. Took it home and water came back after a car wash. Took it back for the second time, water issue resolved but service left the ceiling liner so dirty. Didn't put the side/floor panel properly. Scratched the panel. Took it back for that and 25k service and they also offered to clean the liner. All good. Picked my car, everything inside car seems to look okay. Some missing dirty spots on liner, but that's okay because I can handle the cleaning of those small spots on my own. Drove it home and looked under the car, the underbody panel that they took off for the 25k service was not put back properly. One side was hanging down. The staff is friendly but the quality of work needs to be improved. Service advisor needs to check carefully before returning car to customer. There is no follow-through to ensure service is performed properly. Very disappointed and wasting a lot of customer time. More

Unprofessional, unacceptable service experience I came from other state to buy a 2012 Audi Q5. We changed few emails and it was assured that the car is in good condition. When I drove the car back home I immediately had to schedule a service for the car. They found several severe problems in the car: Transmission problems ==> Reprogrammed. Crank case pressure valve and front seal had to be replaced. I tried to ask information from Paul Miller's but after the sale, they only answered really short one liners and denied problems. Fortunately car was still under factory warranty. Also they promised to send me the title document of the car in few days. They forgot to send it. I had to request it and it took totally 20 days to get it. I could not register my car without the title and my temporary register plate was running out of time. I can not recommend this dealership, especially if you are buying a car remotely. More

I rated the quality of the work as good because its hard to judge at this time as I stated I do not see a difference but was told it would take a few hundred miles before I notice a difference ..lets hope otherwise I will be back and not happy.. All in all love the employees...treat them well they are your voice.. :) and keep the coupons coming!! That's what started me visiting your location to begin with! More
Rude. Was looking to buy an Audi A4 on my day off of work. Walked in with jeans and a t-shirt and my salesman, PAUL CHENG, couldn't have been ruder - which Was looking to buy an Audi A4 on my day off of work. Walked in with jeans and a t-shirt and my salesman, PAUL CHENG, couldn't have been ruder - which I attribute to being young, 23, and not being dressed nicely - I never disclosed to Paul that I was a professional accountant working in NYC. I was poorly greeted and when I asked to test drive a 2012 Audi A4, I was asked "Are you buying this for you?" Not sure what that meant, but I found that insulting. When I asked if we could test drive the A4, Paul promptly got up, said "let's go" in a hurried manner, and walked very far ahead of me (I was walking at a normal pace). Paul couldn't be bothered telling me the features of the car and just told me to step on the brake so he could start the car. Proceeded with a test drive and I left. Paul followed up with an email the following day. I responded to the email, as well as left a voicemail asking him to please contact me, but received nothing in return. I'm sure the dealership is great, but this salesman needs to be more respectful of customers walking in the door. More
