I went right to the dealer to have the repairs. The staff is always friendly. Orlando, without interruption, helped me through. He kept me informed so I wasnt wondering how much,when and what else?????!!! The service was performed, the car washed brought out and I was on my way. It made spending $550 unexpected dollars ALITTLE easier and I was able to dream about the new beauties in the showroom!! Thanks again for wanting my feedback. Hope NOT to see you soon. Annoyingly my GPS would not pick up the address so i was suoper stressed and late by the time i got to the cntre. however the staff especailly Joe, were friendly, courteous and very welcoming. I have only been in the US for 3 months and so far have expeienced the worst customer service BY FAR in this ocuntry generally than any of the 5 countries i have lived in. Paul Miller Audi bucked this trend and made me believe you can actually get quality customer service in this country. thank you More
