My car required immediate attention and Lou told me to come right in and he took care of everything including a loaner car. The young guys who greet you when you arrive do a great job. Can tell they are well trained. Erik, my service advisor, does a great job, and the ladies at the 'checkout' desk are also well-trained and do a job. Can tell they are well trained. For this visit, I have one point of observation - Erik informed me by phone before I picked up my car that I required a follow-up visit after 1,000 miles in order to complete a 2-stage software update. There is no mention of that in the 'report card' I received when I picked up the car. More

I had a flat tire a few days ago and the air compressor that is provided with my Q5 was faulty and wasn't able to inflate the tire. I dropped off the air compressor and the flat tire on a Saturday. A few days later I got a call from the service advisor saying that they shipped out a new compressor and the wheel to me. Two days later a different service advisor called me and said that the tire and the compressor needed to be replaced, he had no idea about the other advisor who had called me few days earlier. I said fine, I'll come by on Saturday and they can mount the tire and put in the new compressor. When I show up on Saturday, the place looks like a graveyard, There isn't a single service advisor around, just a kid who writes up the car. After I pay at the cashier for the tire and ask the kid how long it would take for them to mount and balance the wheel, he seems surprised that I wanted it mounted (maybe he was expecting to just throw the wheel in the trunk and I would mount and balance it myself at home?) . Anyway he informs me all the technicians are out to lunch and they will do it as soon as they get back. I said no problem, I went around to look at the cars in the showroom and then browsed the internet in their lounge. After an hour the car was ready and the service advisor was back and I confirmed with him that they had replaced the air compressor and he showed me on the receipt where it said that they had. Two weeks later I open the panel in the trunk to check out the compressor, to my surprise there is no compressor. I call the dealership and after being put on hold I am informed that again all the service advisors are out to lunch..again! This is 1:30 PM on a Monday. Anyway somebody called me back in 15 mins and told me they had forgot to put in the air compressor and they would ship it to me and also offered me a free car wash. It looks like nobody is in a rush to do anything at this dealership. Even when we went to buy the car back in December 2012, we had to wait 1 hour to test drive it because they said the car was low on gas and they had to send someone to take it to the gas station to fill it up. I'm not a genius but it doesn't take an hour to fill gas. All in all people who work here are nice but if you're thinking about buying a car here or taking it for service, allow for extra time and double check their work. More
