I brought my Audi A5 to Paul Miller Audi for service on a recent Saturday morning without an appointment. Although it was busy with several customers Orlando was professional and curtious and made sure my ca recent Saturday morning without an appointment. When My service was done I was pleased to learn that the service department also washed my car. This prompt and curtious service was performed even though I bought my car in a different Audi dealer. Overall, another good experience. One issue though - I would have preferred to get a call while my car was in the shop with the list of items that needed to be fixed rather than just get a printout when I would have preferred to get a call while my car was in the shop with the list of items that needed to be fixed rather than just get a printout when I picked up the car.
