Hello, we apologize immensely for any difficulties you had with this experience. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and we hope to have shown that to you with our efforts. We diagnosed the issue on the 19th of December and contacted the support hotline. We were instructed to replace the modules on the headlights. The repair was completed on Tuesday and the you have since been notified. We also provided you with a loaner car on the 7th to ensure you have reliable transportation until the issue was resolved.

How did you repaired the car on Tuesday and then called me Wednesday to pick up a car because they still didn't knew what was wrong with the car. A day after you supposedly fixed it. As of today Jan 9, 2026 the car wasn't ready. Yes thank you for the loaner after 2 months at 579.99 a week car rental payment on top of payment of said car that you still have. I appreciate everything you are now doing and Rachel hard work. But I'm still stock with that car rental bill and dont get me wrong thank you for the work and now loaner and no I'm not asking for reimbursement of that bill. All I wanted and still want is the car I brought with working headlights so i can drive it at night. Again thank you but lets not lie and say that the is fix.
