Dwight in Service was very nice and very professional. He took me in last minute without an appointment and made sure I was out within an hour or so for an oil annd filter change. All good until I got my bill, OVER $600 dollars!!!!!!! I previously brought my 911 for year end oil change and I was reluctant to do so because they charged about $400. I justified this price in my head as what it cost to maintain a Porsche. However with this latest outrageous bill I will service my car elsewhere. Paul Miller has lost another customer!!! More

The sales associate called me a couple minutes before I was about to arrive at the dealership for our appointment expressing fristration because he was behind schedule and said he’ll “figure it out” when I get there. Wow. And at the end of the 3 1/2 hour wait (i was initially told 1-2 hours), they had the audacity to keep me and try to talk me into various warranties. Did they think I’d brought a sleeping bag?
