Sharon Coppola was very thoughtful and thorough and took the time to answer all of my many questions, quickly coordinated insurance and financing, and made certain I was happy with the car. She even had the car detailed again when she thought a little extra cleaning was necessary! Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership to friends and will purchase my next Subaru at Paul Miller. More
I drive a great deal and put more miles on my car than the average user. I bought my Subaru from another dealer and soon learned, to my regret, that I had made a mistake. I had bought a used Subaru and re the average user. I bought my Subaru from another dealer and soon learned, to my regret, that I had made a mistake. I had bought a used Subaru and received a (non-Subaru) warranty that wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Subsequently, in a little more than a year I had a meltdown (literally) of the engine and was towed to Paul Miller. It was one of the best accidents I ever had. Jessica, as well as the whole dealership, not to mention Subaru itself, went all out to please me. Even though I had not bought my car from them, they literally chopped my repair bill in half of what it should have been and I was off and running in less than two weeks. A minor miracle considering the extent of damage to my car. And, when I bring my car to them for maintenance they always find things that I know the average mechanic would miss. I know there are cheaper places to bring my car, but not one of them is anywhere near as good as Paul Miller. It's hard to put a price on piece of mind. This is why I gave Paul Miller the rating I did and, if I could have, it would have been even higher. I will be their customer as long as they allow me in their dealership. More
For a new salesman/former service guy Rod was nothing short of spectacular. Easily the most courteous, helpful, and refreshingly honest salesman we have ever dealt with....and we didn't even buy a car fr short of spectacular. Bought a 2011 subrau outback not to long ago it recently broke Under warranty. Not sure of what when wrong but The warranty manager was very Polite. Went to this dealership had past experiences with past dealership(not soo good) but purchased and leased many subarus in past. So gave them a shot. Sales person was ok but when it came to negotiating the dealership(not soo good) but purchased and leased many subarus in past. So gave them a shot. Sales person was ok but when it came to negotiating the finance guy super lowballs the trade in by 4000 a complete insult. I know you would say well maybe trade not worth it but being in the car buisness, I understand they have to make a profit but way out of line. Quote "pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered" so beware yea they may offer you drinks but but it could end up costing you a lot of money. I WILL AND SO SHOULD YOU; GO TO A DEALER THAT IS FAIR. More
