My service person told me that the dealership is shorthanded, which I can certainly understand, given the pandemic. However, he assured me that he could have my daughter’s car serviced by that afternoon. I never heard from him again. The following day, I attempted to reach him and instead got someone else’s voicemail. Finally, after my 2nd attempt, I was notified by the dealership that the car was ready. I will certainly use the dealership again, but I was disappointed by this visit. My prior visits to the dealership have been handled very differently.
