Overall I have been fairly pleased with the service I have received over the past year especially with Ms Samantha Creel. On my most recent service visit 5/7/26 I was told that my Pilot was out of alignm have received over the past year especially with Ms Samantha Creel. On my most recent service visit 5/7/26 I was told that my Pilot was out of alignment which I had not noticed. I allowed them to perform the alignment. Upon driving the Pilot today 5/8/26 it has a noticeable pull to the right. Considering that I have 60,000 miles on my current set of tires without irregular wear patterns makes me question whether I needed the alignment or not. I hope they will make it right. Please note I have been a Honda man for 30-35 years. More
