We took our Accord Hybrid Touring in for the B1 service on 3/23/23. Samantha greeted us by name as soon as we drove up. We went inside and DiAnn, Betty and Joe all made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than just bringing our car in for service. By the way, the service at Paul Moak Honda is exemplary. Exemplary. After letting me know what the B1 service would cost, Samantha reminded me where the coffee station was - Margaret and I settled in to chat and wait. As soon as we sat down Samantha texted me to say I could text or call her with any questions. It wasn’t long before Mary, our Paul Moak sales rep, saw us and came over to say hello. Margaret and I are looking at getting a new Accord Hybrid and they had three in stock. The blue one we liked didn’t have leather seats and Mary knew we’d rather have leather seats. After we looked at them Kathleen offered to put some numbers together. Looking forward to our sixth Paul Moak Honda, their outstanding customer service, and seeing Samantha’s welcoming smile when we drop in for recommended service. More
