☆☆☆☆☆AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE☆☆☆☆☆ Purchased 09 Honda Pilot I saw several vehicles of ads for a pilot on car websites. I contacted them on one (2009 pilot) and within no time, I received call backs and messages I saw several vehicles of ads for a pilot on car websites. I contacted them on one (2009 pilot) and within no time, I received call backs and messages. Every person I spoke to was extremely courteous. I ended up deciding on one, but was short the extra cash. I spoke to Butch and he did major negotiating to work within my budget since I refused to finance. He even held onto the vehicle for me until I could come from enterprise, Ms to jackson. While there, Charles also waited on me. Both him and Butch were extremely nice and very professional. My transaction even went smoothly with Kathleen, she was even sweet with me too even though 2 (4 yr. Twins) of my 4 kids were bouncing off the wall... *I think it was from being couped up in a vehicle for the long drive, lol. The following morning Butch called me to see how the vehicle was and how we were still liking it. He even offered to give us a free oil change and to fix the COLD air (wasn't blow cold like it shoud). I would highly recommend this dealership. Every person I met and spoke to was awesome, the place was CLEAN, and they care about their customers even after you drive off the lot. Where as most do not! First time I ever got a phone call about a vehicle after purchase, I can't even get that from the doctor. We're due to upgrading my husbands truck soon and we'll definitely be coming back to Paul Moak Honda More
