Exhausting Drove two and a half hours in the rain to get to Paul Moak Honda. Arrived at 10 a.m. Waited for 3 1/2 hours before we received a price/payment quote. Clint Lee was valiant in trying to keep us entertained. I have an over 800 credit score and a hefty down payment, so I was the perfect candidate to buy a car. Seems the person setting up our account was getting her eyes checked. We wanted the car, but they did not trust that we could come back if we left, so they kept us there with reasons why it was taking so long. I'm sure this seldom happens to other purchasers, I was just the unlucky one. I was thoroughly tired and disgusted by the time the ordeal was over, but we did get a great deal on the Honda FIT. The next time I buy a car, I will know a little more about how the system works. More
