I was impressed the moment I met Eddy Graham and the staff at this dealership. I was very specific regarding the product, my budget and what I expected. Eddy and team certainly had the "can do" spirit, but with a honest and sincere tone. While I expected a "new purchase" .. it was not realistic for my budget, however, Eddy introduced me to a certified pre owned 2011 Pilot, and it was everything that I was looking for. He assured me of its quality and how honda stood behind a pre owned vehicle. I have always purchased new, he realized my anxiety quickly and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my purchase, and feel comfortable should anything happen post-sale, I can depend on this team to assist me ! In the last 20 years, I have purchased nine vehicles, and I will say, that Kathleen was an absolute joy to work with in the final number crunching, paperwork process.. usually beads of sweat break out on my head dealing with options, the note, financing terms and such.. but she made it so easy, she is such an advocate for the consumer, very impessive. I have been a Nissan owner for the past 12 years, but it seems I have found a new home with HONDA! Sincerely, Dana L Brandt. More
I had a very good experience with Nick Davis from the moment he came out to meet me when I drove into the dealership. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining the features of moment he came out to meet me when I drove into the dealership. I went to two other dealerships (not Honda) and no one followed up with me and, in fact, no one came out to meet me when I drove in, I had to go inside. I am very impressed with the Honda family and am very happy to be part of that family. I purchased my tag and called Nick to see if he could put it on for me but he said he wouldn't be there but any one of the staff would be happy to do it for me--the first person I saw put it on for me. I attended the new owners workshop which really impressed me. I have never heard of that before--my cousin bought a new car last year from another dealership and this was not offered. I am so impressed with your dealership and I love my Honda Accord. Thank you for the great service and the great experience. I'm looking forward to a long and beautiful relationship with Paul Moak Honda. More

I called two days ago about a replacement cruise control switch for a 2004 Accord, which was purchased from you several years ago. I was told you had the part in stock and it would not be a problem to have switch for a 2004 Accord, which was purchased from you several years ago. I was told you had the part in stock and it would not be a problem to have it installed on Friday (today). We now live 120 miles away, so my daughter drove the car down this morning. Your service department just called to inform me that they cannot find the part needed, even checked with the other local dealers. They can order one and have it by Monday, but, as I mention, we live 120 miles away! This is why i called two days ago. I can understand things being misplaced. And, I told your employee that I could bring the car myself Monday, but would need to have a way to get to a job 30 miles away while you replaced the part. She couldn't offer me any solution! Being a car dealership, I would think you could offer a loaner to your customers, who are going out of their way to do business with you. More

In the past, when it was necessary to purchase another vehicle I hated to visit other dealerships other than the one I always used because of the excellent service. Other dealerships in the past had fast vehicle I hated to visit other dealerships other than the one I always used because of the excellent service. Other dealerships in the past had fast talking salesmen who believed everyone but he or she was stupid. The Finance representatives always moved to fast and explained barely the basics. This time around, It was a privilege to work with the salesman who appeared knowledgeable about the vehicles I expressed interest. I know the car sales business is fast paced but the last two days dealing with this young man made it enjoyable. Also, the Finance Representative was knowledgeable and explained what I had to sign before the vehicle could be taken. He did not appear in a hurry to rush me through the process once I made a decision. The attitude reflected by these Honda representatives make me want to buy other Honda vehicles in the future. More
Latrail bent over backwards to find out what I wanted and needed out of a new car. I trusted everyone in the dealership that I dealt with and didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. We walked on the lot Wednesday evening and briefly told Nick what we were looking for. He walked us to the last remaining Accord SE on the lot. We drove it and were impressed with the quality.
