The salesperson, Mr. Lewis was very friendly and helpful and explained the deals that they had at this time. Mr. Lewis was efficient when it came to the paperwork and again any questions were answered. The price was in my price range. I wasn't hassled like I had encountered at other dealerships that day. I purchased my 2006 Honda Pilot from Paul Moak Honda because of their friendly and helpfull employees. I never felt pressured or treated like I didn't know anything since I was a woman purchasing the v because of their friendly and helpfull employees. I am always welcomed with a friendly smile and a highly-skilled assistant when I pull into the Service drive, even if I only need someone to re-set my clock on the dashboard. Samantha Creel always takes care of my needs in a timely and efficient manner. She seems to go beyond what is even asked for. Today, I knew that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. A few days ago I was told by a local tire dealership near my house that I badly needed not ONE, but TWO tires, and that I needed them NOW. I had pulled into that company on my way to work since one of my tires was very low and I needed some air in it. I told this to Samantha and she assured me that my tires would be checked thoroughly and that she or someone would call me. I was very happy when she called within an hour and advised that my tire could be plugged and that my tires should be fine through at least several more oil changes! Also, I had mentioned how dirty my car was and that it needed to be vacuumed. As I was walking out to get in my car, I could hardly recognize it! It had been washed and vacuumed at no extra charge! Samantha is an asset to Paul Moak Honda and I appreciate her assistance. I also appreciate Diane at the drive thru. She is always friendly and helpful as well. Even when you are checking out at the Cashier desk, everyone is friendly. Jeannie was the person who assisted me today and I enjoyed speaking with her. Before I bought my 2007 Honda Accord from Paul Moak Honda, I had been of the opinion that maybe the dealership where you bought your car would charge more for oil changes, tire rotation and other services. Paul Moak Honda offered a free "welcome class" and I was advised to at least "try" their Service Department with any of your needs and to see for yourself. I did that and would never let anyone else perform a service on my car! Thank you for your good service and devoted employees. More
We did not go in to buy a car. We were simply looking. Mr. Lewis was very helpful even staying far past closing time, and we never felt that he was rushing us.
