WE ALSO MET THE GENERAL MANAGER, LARRY HOLDER. THESE TWO GENTLEMAN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE OF A 2010 CRV. WE WERE RELAXED AND FELT COMFORTABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PRESSURE FROM NORMAN BAILEY OR LARRY HOLDER TO HURRY UP AND LEAVE. THEY TREATED US VERY WELL. I recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Paul Moak Honda while visiting from out-of-state. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle during this trip, but from the moment I stepped onto the lot Moak Honda while visiting from out-of-state. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle during this trip, but from the moment I stepped onto the lot, our salesman, Bruce Stewart, made a remarkable impression on my wife and I. It did not take long to realize that something was "different" about this dealership. Mr. Stewart was extremely friendly, helpful, and certainly knowledgable about the Honda Brand as well as the current inventory. However, we did not experienc the usual sales pressure to make any commitment or feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. In fact, I was surprised that Mr. Stewart spent so much of his time showing and test driving so many vehicles when we had so clearly indicated that were out-of-state vistors with NO immediate interest in buying. We were, at best, undecided on which vehicle we needed to replace our aging mini-van and still meet our family's needs and budget. Mr. Stewart gladly showed us every vehicle we expressed an interest in and explained, in depth, the features of each. Mr. Stewart patiently listened to our requirements and needs and recommended that we look a certified 2008 Honda Pilot which we liked a great deal. After a through showing of the vehicle, Mr. Stewart let us know what the purchase price would be. We left the lot that evening without purchasing any vehicle, or feeling any pressure to buy. However, we were clearly impressed with our experience with this salesman. We went back to the hotel that night to do our research and settled on the price we would be willing to pay. The next afternoon, we returned to the dealership, took another test drive, and let Mr. Stewart know we were ready to do business. We fully expected the previously quoted price be completely forgotten and our "battle" with the dealership to begin. Mr. Stewart quickly returned with a price less than what he told to expect the previous day. I could have fell over: not only was the price less than what I had been qouted earlier, it was within $80 of what my final offer was to have been. I had never purchased a vehicle without out the usual back and forth and normal sales manager-salesman tactics. Mr. Stewart and Mr. Chadwick were extremely helpful providing all the documentationn I needed to have the vehicle registered in Louisiana during and after the sale. Mr. Stewart followed up, as promised, after the sale; overnighting a missing accessory and an item we left in our old car. Lots of salesman say they're going to do something, Bruce follows through! What a refreshing change! Paul Moak's slogan "Deals not Ordeals" is more than a motto, it's their business practice! I HIGHLY recommend Paul Moak Honda to anyone interested in no-haggle, no pressure car buying experience! Thanks to Bruce Stewart for all your help! You definetly made the trip from Baton Rouge to Jackson worth the trip! I'll make it again when I buy my next car! More

My most recent visit was to the service dept which always does a great job. I have no problems with them. I do not feel the same way about another employee there not involved in the service department and does a great job. I have no problems with them. Mr. O'Harroll was very helpful from the minute we walked on the lot & continued that great customer service throughout our purchase process. Due to the misfortune of hitting a pipe in a parking lot, I called Paul Moak Honda for assistance. The wonderful staff helped me to get a tow truck rushed to me & Mr. Jim Viberg also came to check on me whi I called Paul Moak Honda for assistance. They assisted me after hours, and made sure my car was sent to the repair shop in good hands. They were greatly appreciated. More

This is my third time to lease from Paul Moak Honda. I had some dis-satisfaction with my most recent lease terms after I left their office. However, I called back and spoke with them and these issues wer had some dis-satisfaction with my most recent lease terms after I left their office. However, I called back and spoke with them and these issues were rectified. Customer satisfaction is very important to them and they want you to be happy with your vehicle.
