My rating is based on two different Subaru Outbacks, a 2002 and a 2010. The service on both vehicles has been easy, friendly, professional, and cost effective. The 2002 received alot of work to keep it in good condition in March, 2010. Brian Baskin was instumental in getting Subaru to replace the catalytic converter at no charge to me in August, 2010. The 2010 has been in for two recalls; however, the appointments were at my convenience and cost me nothing. I can truthly say that it is a pleasure to visit the new facility. I have been treated with with respect and courtesy each occasion. More
I am nearly sixty and have purchased 7-8 cars from different dealers over the years. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealer. It is very easy to state that Paul Moak is far and away different dealers over the years. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealer. It is very easy to state that Paul Moak is far and away the most exceptional I have dealt with. My most recent experience was 6-8 weeks ago when I purchased a new Subaru Outback for my wife. The salesman, Greg Scales is very professional and easy to deal with. First and foremost he knew the product extremely well and made comparisons very easy. He did EXACTLY what he said he would. Jerry Warfield, the sales manager was helpful and efficient on deal closure day. Absolutely no sales games that I have experienced at so many other places. Both of these men have been with this dealership for over 20 years which says a great deal about the operation. I have had my mother's Honda Civic and my previous Volvos serviced (and purchased) here. The Volvo unit also services Subaru. I have never had a problem. Technical staff have been very helpful in breakdown situations, giving good advice even when this has happen out of state. I think all this is a reflection of family ownership instead of corporate. It is very well run from a customer's point of view. Service prices have been quite reasonable and I have never caught them in any scheme to find additional things to fix. I am sure they have some weak points but I have not come across any yet. More
The 90 mile drive over from Meridian was definately worth the trip! It was our anniversary and we got recommendations and directions for dinner. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend Paul Moak to any and everyone! Lynn was very knowledgable of the workings of the car and sat down inside and made sure we knew how everything operated before we left. My husband got the sales manager to go through every possible way and figure number after number to get the best possible deal for us and he did without any frustrations. Great customer service! More

When Our Subaru broke down about a 1,000 miles away from California, where we live, I had it towed to Paul Moak Subaru, the only way for myself and the dealership to communicate was by phone. The overall experience was very good. They treated me well and explained all the different options and showed the different cars. I was also able to try all the cars that i was interested on. My only disappointment is that i had qualified for a VIP discount from ASPCA, but the dealer would not apply it, as apparently the outback (the car i finally got) is their best-selling car. More
In the midst of moving to Jackson, MS from Illinois my beloved Subaru Legacy wagon was hit by an other driver and declared a total loss. Chip Barns, Sales Consultant, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped to secure a price within my limited price range (the move was in the budget not a new to me car). I am very pleased with my 2006 Subaru Outback and my experience with Chip and all of the other staff at Paul Moak. My questions were answered fully and without hesitation. when i needed time to think things through this was respected and I felt no pressure to make decisions. This will now by my go to dealership for car needs in my new town and I would recommend them without hesitation. More
