I did a lot of car shopping around the Orlando area, and no place felt as friendly or welcoming as this dealership. There was a moment where I was not given an important form to sign during the day of purchase, but they reached out to me and apologized about the situation, so water under the bridge. The salesman I worked with, Jay, was incredible. Charismatic, empathetic, and considerate, he puts in great effort to make sales but, most importantly, to make connections. He made building a rapport with the buyer so effortless. By the end of everything, he felt less like a car salesman and more like a buddy who sold me a car. The car itself is fantastic. It was well-taken care of, drives great, and it feels brand new despite it being used! This dealership has a great crew. Overall, a great experience! More
