Jason was very pushy when it came to tacking on aftermarket warranty's and when explaining monthly cost of adding the warranty on he did not explain this was under a different loan term/length. I called on a Friday morning about a specific vehicle and wanted to get numbers before we made the drive to look at the car. Justin was quick to help, providing pictures of the car we were interested in along with numbers for us so we could decide if we wanted to visit the dealership. We decided to proceed, so Justin had the car detailed for us and ready to go by the time we got there that afternoon. There was a different car (same model, different trim level) that caught our attention while we were there and we test drive both. We ended up choosing the one we saw on the lot, not the one we initially saw, and the dealership had it detailed and ready to go quickly for us. Financing was an easy process since we were able to apply via a link from Justin ahead of time. That made our visit to the dealership more efficient. We were impressed with everyone at the dealership and will definitely consider Peacock Ford the next time we are looking for a vehicle! More
