Worse experience ever I do not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. To begin with they don't tell you until driving away you only have 1 key. Coded replacement key I do not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. To begin with they don't tell you until driving away you only have 1 key. Coded replacement keys are expensive BUT was never told up front ahead of time. After numerous complaining with management they decided to fix it But calling a locksmith instead of handling it internally. Second they promised a trailer hitch install from my old trade-in. Another big time waster going back and forth 2 times to get the hitch installed. I waited 7 hrs for a trailer hitch almost 2 weeks later. Thirdly I gave them my drivers licence for transfer of registration and plates......Again wrong address on paperwork. Now I will have to go thru Florida motor vehicles to amend their mess up. The bottom line is nobody at this dealership gives a xxxx about customer service. More
