I used my other vehicle to go to work. Richard called me at 11:40 am informing me that my car was ready. He said it was lunchtime so it would be 30-45 minutes before someone would be at my home to pick me up. I left my job and headed home. I got there at 12:10 pm. At 1:00 pm I called Peake BMW to see how much longer it would be. I was told that no one had given any information about picking me up and the courtesy shuttle had been sent to New Orleans East and could pick me up on his way back, but that would be awhile. They put me on hold and came back to offer having someone else come to get me in a loaner car in 20 minutes. I said that was fine. 10 min later the driver who was in New Orleans East called me saying that he could pick me up on his way back. I informed him that someone was on the way. 35 minutes later I was still waiting! I called the New Orleans East shuttle driver to tell him YES, PLEASE COME TO PICK ME UP. 35 minutes had passed from the time Peake told me someone was one the way, and no one had come. Peake BMW is 15-20 minutes from my home by car. 10 minutes later, the driver who was supposed to be there 25 minutes before, called to say he didn't know how to get to my house. I gave him instructions and he came 8 minutes later. I got to the Dealership about 2:10 pm. Richard Enright hurried me in to sign for the car, while he went to get it. After signing I waited where in the service area. No one told me exactly where they would bring the car. While I waited two service people did ask if I was being helped. 5 minutes later, I saw Enright driving the car out behind the service dept. I went out to get in the car. Enright removed the paper from the floor of the car and told me "the keys are in it." I said Thank You and drove off. I am highly incensed that after wasting more than 2 hours of my time, NO ONE AT PEAKE BMW OFFERED ME AN APOLOGY! I missed the 2:00 appt. I had with a client at my job. If I had any inclination that the service would have been this bad, I could easily and would have had someone bring me to the dealership to pick up my car. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any service department. SUPERIOR HONDA, my hats off to you for providing me with the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE over the 12 years that I drove Honda cars. PEAKE BMW - go to xxxx! More
My first encounter with Peake BMW - July 27th, 2012, a rear tire blew on my 2008 BMW 335i and I had the car towed to Peake BMW to replace the tire and the rim. They did a fine job replacing the tire and e rear tire blew on my 2008 BMW 335i and I had the car towed to Peake BMW to replace the tire and the rim. They did a fine job replacing the tire and expediting shipment of a rim from California after a rim they received locally to replace mine was scratched. On August 10th (two and a half months later) the other rear tire blew, thankfully in front of my house. When my husband removed the blown tire he noticed the inner edge of the tire was worn through to wires. He was concerned that we were not made aware of the severe wear on this tire at the time the other was replaced. He and I expect that a dealership of that caliber would provide the type of service expected from BMW owners who are not driveway mechanics and who take their vehicles to be repaired to the dealership for routine as well as emergent maintenance. When my husband dropped off the tire and stated his dissatisfaction, the service rep had little to say other than they would take a look at the blown tire. Upon picking up the new tire the next day there was no rep to speak with him, no assistance in our concerns, and a general lack of concern over the issue as a whole. It is unfortunate that we will now be searching for a dealership with our safety in mind. More

I had recently lost my BMW key and went to go order a new one from Peake BMW in Kenner, Louisiana. The key did not work so they ordered a second one. The second one did not work so they ordered a third one. one from Peake BMW in Kenner, Louisiana. The key did not work so they ordered a second one. The second one did not work so they ordered a third one. Now they are saying that it is the control panel that has to be switched out. BUT if i found my lost keys then it would work with my current control panel. So peake bmw is making me pay $1053 for a new control panel that comes with new keys AND to top it off they won't reimburse me for the new keys that I just paid for!! How does it make it any sense to not refund me for a set of keys that doesn't work and making me pay for a whole new control panel plus new keys. Isn't it their job to make my key work? Also, they won't explain to me why my new key won't work with my current control panel, they just said "we don't know". I don't mind paying money for service received, but they didn't do anything for me! They basically just charged me for a key that doesn't work and making me pay for a new set of keys with control panel without any explanations b/c they simply do not know what the cause is.. My sister has a 6 series and they wanted to overcharge her so she took it to the one Baton Rouge instead. I took mine to Houston BMW and the service was excellent, but the one in Kenner always want to charge me for something more. I don't understand this. I would never ever go to Peake BMW because their service is horrible but considering I lost my keys, I had no choice but to tow it there AND of course there would be trouble. I love my bmw car but never would i recommend peake bmw as the dealership to buy your car, please take my advice and DO NOT go there. My friends had many complaints with this place as well! More
STARS IF I COULD. They lack integrity, business ethics and have no desire for customer satisfaction, especially the USED CAR MANAGER, and CLIFF EDWARDS the Salesman, Stephen Fisher was the only redeemable and have no desire for customer satisfaction, especially the USED CAR MANAGER, and CLIFF EDWARDS the Salesman, Stephen Fisher was the only redeemable person who works there. I spent a week looking for a used car to buy with cash. The first place I went to was Peake (5 hours away from my house), found a car I liked but wanted to shop around a bit. They were willing to take 32,500 for a used 328I I wasn't ready to spend that and wanted to shop around. 5 days later I called and said I would take the car, but I wouldn't be in until 5pm because I was busy. I showed up at 430pm and they had sold the car out from under me! I am in the military and Integrity first is one of my core values. If you tell someone that you have a deal and then they drive 2 hours out of their way to come purchase it, you shouldn't sell it out from under them. Stephen the salesman tried to talk the manager and the salesman cliff out of selling it because he had already made the tag for me and got it detailed. The used car manager did not agree probably because the person was paying more than I was going to pay. What a way to be treated by the people that I risk my life for. I'm so glad I wasted the time I could have used to spend with my family, after I just got home from a deployment, to go waste it at Peake BMW. I will never step foot on that dealership again. More
Transmission on my 3 series was locked up, was told that my car needs a new transmission at $6500. Paid $100 fee and left. I had my car serviced at Peake BMW for 4.5 years. It was convenient because they gave a loaner vehicle and I didn't have to worry about dealing with a rental. I had a persistent interior noise for which I convenient because they gave a loaner vehicle and I didn't have to worry about dealing with a rental. I had a persistent interior noise for which I brought the car in 4 times in the past 2.5 that they finally got right this last time. Each time they blamed something for the noise and since my extended warranty covered it, I went ahead and had it fixed, only to find that it never solved the problem. I found that each time I brought the car in, they would never do a complete job. For instance, I had an oil change and less than 2 months later, another shop found that I had an oil valve leak--which should have been detected when I got the oil change initially. I got the coolant tank replaced with Peake and they did not check the pressures-- and a month later, I had a problem with my water pump. Had they checked the pressure, they would have realized that they needed to fix the water pump also. But finally the straw that broke the camel's back was when my car was in their shop for 7 days and they called me on the 5th day to tell me that my car had a flat tire and that it was not their fault. I had dropped off the car with fine tires an a complete walk through. They refused to accept responsibility. In addition, they tried to charge me $290 for a tire I could get at another shop for $175. After taking my car back and having the tire replaced elsewhere, I called Richard (the service manager) about my concerns about the tire, the missed work that should have been completed initially, and the fact that there were many MORE miles on my car than when I dropped it off there. He did not return my call. I left him a detailed message about my concerns and he outright ignored me and NEVER CALLED BACK. Peake BMW's service department obviously doesn't care about customer service or their customers. They just try to get customers to pay and get in and out, despite whether or not they've done the job right. I would never recommend anyone to go get their car serviced there. More
Just left Peake to change out wiper blades and it was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I guess black people can`t own a $50,000 car? I can see things never change in Louisiana. Took my X3 in for a simple battery replacement. Car has 48k miles and had to be jumped off. A quick diagnostic at my local gas station revealed that the battery would not hold a charge. Since it was unde 48k miles and had to be jumped off. A quick diagnostic at my local gas station revealed that the battery would not hold a charge. Since it was under warranty, I took it to Peake for repairs. Well, it's day three and Peake has yet to even touch my X3. In the meantime I do not have transportation and Peake flatly refused to provide a loaner. Replacing the battery takes about an hour. To do this they will have kept my car for over three days. Ask yourself, is this luxury car service ? More
