Pearl has been by far the best dealership my husband and I have come across. We are a young couple that was struggling to find a vehicle that would safe and reliable, not only for us but for our daughter c I have come across. We are a young couple that was struggling to find a vehicle that would safe and reliable, not only for us but for our daughter coming in March. We were sure that we would never be able to find something that we could afford or that would be big enough for our little family, but Pearl made it happen. Our salesman Blayne was very helpful in narrowing down exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. When we finally picked out what we wanted, the sales team worked hard to get us approved through one of their banks and sure enough we were granted approval. A few days after our purchase, we noticed rail dust on the paint that we couldn’t get off along with some moisture in the headlights. We contacted the service department and were immediately taken care of. Our car is as beautiful as ever! We greatly appreciate the kindness and hard work of all the employees at Pearl. My husband and I are customers for life! More

Always going above and beyond for the customer I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times to have a leak fixed. The tech couldnt find where exactly the leak was coming from and each time I brought it I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times to have a leak fixed. The tech couldnt find where exactly the leak was coming from and each time I brought it back all the staff have been very friendly and kind. The last time I brought in they were finally able to find the leak. They gave me a loaner for two days until my vehicle was complete. Very grateful for the loaner, always makes it so much easier getting a vehicle fix. Thanks for the great work More

2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited CPO. Got a great price on the jeep and the people were friendly. Deal was done over phone since I lived far Purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited CPO. Got a great price on the jeep and the people were friendly. Deal was done over phone since I lived far away. My only gripe is it needs new tires and they did not put any on a certified preowned. This is unacceptable and therefore the reason for my 3 stars. Going to have to put new ones on it in 6 months or less. I would understand no new tires if there were more than a year of tread left, but this is not the case. So who ever checked the tires failed in this department. My other gripe is they would not come down $129 on the deal. I would say I won't buy another jeep from this dealer but the likely hood of that anyway is minimal since I lived 4.5 hours away. More

Making my appointment was easy. When I arrived the Mechanic Luke offered to go for a test drive with me so he could get the best idea about the problem I was experiencing.
