My ton Duramax popped up a check engine code with only 60K miles since new. I live about 40 miles from the dealership. They read the code the following day without an appointment. Repair required truck 60K miles since new. I live about 40 miles from the dealership. They read the code the following day without an appointment. Repair required truck engine block to cool. I left the truck at that time and got a ride home. They were able to get to my truck late the same day and finished the repair the following morning. Could not have asked for better service. I have designated their dealership as my preferred service provider for my GM vehicles. This experience was the way quality vehicle service should work. The technician actually spoke with me by phone to explain a portion of the repair. Quality! More
