Amanda was very professional throughout the entire sales process, while at the same time her lively personality actually made the process a fun experience. We’ve got an older (2003) Escape that I had in for service recently, and my wife and I stopped in to talk to Amanda again, just because she is the type of person you want to be around. The service department was closed so I went into the new showroom. A sales manger helped me get my spare tire unlocked and put on my car. He didn't have to do that. Incredible gesture.
