I took delivery on my tenth vehicle this week and could not be happier with the whole experience. On those rare occasions that we have needed service Scott Krouse has been excellent. The point is admittedly minor, but to maximize the experience (for me), I'd like to get that duration down to under an hour. More

I first went to another Ford dealership that alienated me because they lied to me. Even though that dealership had the exact car I was looking for, they didn't get my business because I didn't feel respected because they lied to me. I had the complete opposite experience and Pearson Ford with Internet Sales/Business Manager Michael Berg. I first made contact with MIchael by email. He guided me through the process of custom ordering the car I wanted. (a C-Max Hybrid) he told me it would take 6 weeks to get the car in, and it took 6 week exactly. The car was ready to go when he said it would be. He matched the best financing that i could find on the web,and he made the process as painless as it could be. Regarding the price of the car, I should note that I purchased this vehicle through the Ford Employee "A-Plan", so I didn't have to negotiate the price. I will say that I have heard from some other people that in some dealerships A-Plan customers are treated like second class citizens. I certainly did not feel like I was treated as a second-class citizen at Pearson Ford. More

The longest I was in the dealership was to sign purchase agreement which took about an hour. I spent my most time be helped by the staff on how to use all my options on the truck.
