Adam was good with the e-mails, but when it came to in person, he was not able to help me We had another salesman who helped very much and got the car deal done. When I picked up the car, i was not shown any of the features. I still don't know where some things are The manual hasn't been of big help. I guess I have the main things. The man that setup the incar phone was good, but went way too fast and i had to fumble around to answer the phone and to end the calls. Not everyone is tech smart. About 2-3 weeks after I bought the car, Adam sent me an e-mail, asking if there was anything he could do or questions he could answer so that I would buy a new ford. He did even remember I bought a car from him. I must have made quite an impression on him. No one went over the service things for the car maintenance or show me where the service dept is. I called the service department to get me in to change out my Battery, it was dead and I had to jump start it. they sent me to parts, I was somewhat taken back. I found this 2013 Explorer online the morning of August 9. I chatted with Adam online about the vehicle and then had my husband call him to discuss numbers.
