I went to a dealer on the west side before coming to see Mark and the sales difference was night and day. I was never pushed around to get into something I would not have wanted as the other dealer had don Mark and the sales difference was night and day. I recently had several random problems occur with my car requiring multiple visits to Quick Lane. Prior visits had just included oil changes. The staff was excellent--knowledgable and accomodating. From my flat tire to the window which fell into my car at 6 PM, I couldn't have asked for better help. The extended hours and Saturday openings were especially useful. One associate even picked me up from work himself after shuttle hours had ceased. They all really went above and beyond to help me and I am very thankful. I would recommend Quick Lane to anyone. More
