A special thank you to Chris Deford for his professionalism in dealing with a mature retired female with the purchase of a 2012 Ford Fusion. The icing on the cake was this week when Chris sent Chad to my home to program the garage door opener in the auto. Never once did Chris say to me "read your manual and you can do the programming". I must say I felt like a complete idiot when Chad pulled out the manual and had the opener programmed within 5 minutes. Chris I can not thank you enough for all the graciousness and kindnesses you have shown me. You are one of a kind. All "old ladies" should be able to tell my wonderful story. More

I started out with a different dealership who seemed to push me out the door on a Saturday. On Sunday I sent the email to Pearson Ford and was responded to on Monday. By Tuesday Don had found the truck t push me out the door on a Saturday. On Sunday I sent the email to Pearson Ford and was responded to on Monday. By Tuesday Don had found the truck that I was looking for and it was sold to me on Wednesday. The other dealer didn't respond back to me until Tuesday afternoon when I was at Pearson Ford. Their loss. Don was very responsive in getting what I wanted. More

My initial relationship with Pearson Ford began with email correspondence with Don Thompson. Turns out, Don doesn't 'sell cars'; rather, he assists people in deciding which car best fits within the b email correspondence with Don Thompson. The (refreshingly) missing element here is 'pressure'. I visited 5 dealerships before I decided on Don Thompson and Pearson Ford; Don was a welcome and refreshing departure from the typical 'car salesperson'. Don made my dealer selection decision a no-brainer, and is the reason which landed me at Pearson Ford. It's significant to note that their price quote wasn't the lowest. However, price is only one component of such a business relationship; trust, follow through, integrity and service after the sale are equally important. Don is instinctively aware of this tenet of business relationships. Salespeople who have been in the business much longer than Don should take some time to learn from him; he somehow possesses the power of understanding both sides of the car purchase relationship. Without hesitation, I would recommend Don and Pearson Ford to anyone in the market for a Ford Motor Company product. Period. Upon delivery of my new car, I actually drove away from the dealership with a genuinely good feeling - un-muted by the usual back-and-forth fatigue resulting from the typical buyer/dealership/salesperson battle.
