My initial relationship with Pearson Ford began with email correspondence with Don Thompson. The (refreshingly) missing element here is 'pressure'. I visited 5 dealerships before I decided on Don Thompson and Pearson Ford; Don was a welcome and refreshing departure from the typical 'car salesperson'. Don made my dealer selection decision a no-brainer, and is the reason which landed me at Pearson Ford. It's significant to note that their price quote wasn't the lowest. However, price is only one component of such a business relationship; trust, follow through, integrity and service after the sale are equally important. Don is instinctively aware of this tenet of business relationships. Salespeople who have been in the business much longer than Don should take some time to learn from him; he somehow possesses the power of understanding both sides of the car purchase relationship. Without hesitation, I would recommend Don and Pearson Ford to anyone in the market for a Ford Motor Company product. Period. Upon delivery of my new car, I actually drove away from the dealership with a genuinely good feeling - un-muted by the usual back-and-forth fatigue resulting from the typical buyer/dealership/salesperson battle. I called a day in advance for appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time at 9:30 am I was checked in quickly but my car was not finished until 10:40 am. I could choose another time & and tire rotation. I arrived on time at 9:30 am I was checked in quickly but my car was not finished until 10:40 am. I could choose another time & or date if you have a heavy schedule. I had a coupon for $36 but bill was $47.27 which was hand written below an amount of about $52. It would be nice to see exactly how the amount I paid was arrived at. I will agree to your terms of use but they geve me another reason not to take my three cars to Pearson Ford. More

Mack did a great job following up with me daily to see if he could get me into a truck or car. F150 did not fit in the garage, but I kept trying vehicals at different dealerships to see what they had to offe he could get me into a truck or car. I visited the Pearson Quick Lane for an oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour during my lunch hour...perfect! Everyone was very nice, polite and helpful.
