I somewhat dreaded purchasing a vehicle from a dealership partly thinking I wouldn't get as good a price as from a private seller and partially because of all the back-and-forth dealing that usually has to t partly thinking I wouldn't get as good a price as from a private seller and partially because of all the back-and-forth dealing that usually has to take place in order to reach a deal. It was not like that at all. Very comfortable experience and very kind treatment. I asked for some cosmetic work to be done for the asking price (which was reasonable to start with) and Pearson came back with two offers; make the repairs requested for the asking price, or they dropped the price if they don't make the repairs. Both options were very reasonable and felt good about letting Pearson make the repairs at the asking price. Quick completion of the paperwork and again, kind treatment all the way thru the process. I was provided with a print out of future or possible problems in regards to my Lincoln and made aware of issues to look out for as well as repair cost. Mr. GiIbert explained very well my trucks needs and I left Pearson Ford's Quick Lane auto center with a much better feeling about my Truck and its condition. Thank you Guys very much. More
Honesty, all info divulged, caring, met all my expectations. Promptness. Entire dealership personnel friendly. There was a full tank of gas to drive away with a new car. I can remember several years ago driving away from Dellen Oldsmobile in a new auto and didn't get 3 blocks away and ran out of gas. I will always treasure seeing "F" on the gas gauge today when I took possession. Chris made me feel so comfortable in knowing that I may call him at any time with questions or concerns about the car. I know he will treat me as an important person, not just a number in a book. More
I purchased my 2008 Ford Escape from Pearson Ford off Michigan Road in Zionsville in June of 2010. Since purchase, I have taken my car to Pearson Quick lane for all of my service needs and I will continue to do so as the service is unmatched. As a single woman, in the past, I've felt anxious about taking my car to be serviced simply because I've always wondered "will this place take advantage of me and talk over my head because I'm a woman" I've had that anxiety build up over time as I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past. But I have never felt that way at Pearson Quick lane. Any time I've had any trouble with my car, the mechanic has taken me out to physically show me what the issue is and has fully explained the problem in a manner of which I can understand; I have never been made to feel stupid or uncomfortable (Will is AWESOME as well as all of the mechanics). Every person I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful from the customer service personnel to the mechanics to the management. I feel that I've built a relationship with Pearson Ford as a result of the exceptional service I've received and I will continue to visit for that reason. As a commuter, I feel safe in my car knowing the guys have taken care of it! You can tell the guys have a passion for the work that they do. I'm pretty protective of my vehicle since I'm in it for 2 + hours a day on average so it really means a lot when I say that I would recommend and have recommended Pearson Ford and Pearson Quick lane to anyone and everyone looking for a place to take their car. If you don't live close it is worth the drive, you simply won't find better service. THANK YOU Pearson Ford and Pearson Quick lane for the exceptional service you provide! On like other dealerships I have noticed that forget the customer after the sale. Pearson Ford and their staff are there always there 2 months, or 2 years... They back their product 110% long after the sale. I should know....I have purchased numerous cars and trucks.. Bar none Ben Weir and his professional staff are there....as their motto that they stand behind "Pearson For A Lifetime" Brett Myers Family- newer "Lifetime Customer" Forget other dealerships that forget the customers after "the big sale" Pearson for Lifetime! We just purchased a used Ford F250 diesel truck from Pearson. Part of the purchase agreement was for them to repair some rust on the truck. They did everything they said they would and more. I was provided a loaner truck for 3 days while mine was in the body shop. They referred me to Line X of Indy for a new A.R.E. utility top and they have been great to work with as well. The truck was sold as is with no warranty. When I got home I noticed an oil leak I did not notice at the dealership. I took it to their service department and just asked them to be fair on the repair. I understood I had purchased as is. They replaced the transmission cooler at no charge. It was a sizable repair. I am very pleased and impressed with Pearson. I intend to have the truck on a regular service schedule in their service department. When I am ready to look for another vehicle in the future I will go to Pearson. More

I enjoyed working with the team at Pearson Ford to buy my new explorer. They were very friendly and I particularly thank them for giving me a ride to return my car to the old dealer.
