I am an "old school" wife who's husband has always taken care of the bills,the insurance,the math(lol)and yes,even the garbage. Although I am very competant in my career and have my strong suits,buying a new vehicle (alone)is not one of them! If it looks pretty and has "neat" stuff that's good enough for me. You are beginnig to see the problem here, right. OK, so I set off one Saturday afternoon to "look" at cars. It didn't take long and Matt was escourting me around. We looked at several SUV's. They were OK,then Matt took me into the showroom and there it was! A beautiful black shiny Edge. It was one of those Ahhhhhh moments. I am not trying to write a novel here, I just really want you to realize how much I came to appreciate Matt, Dave and Clay. So,in my "I am an intelligent woman and you are not going to fleece me" way, I proved that buying a new vechicle alone was not a good idea. Chivalry is not dead however,because the three muskateers came to my rescue. I say this because the following Monday,my husband,Bruce had to come and sign the paperwork and Clay had to do alot of things he would not have had to do if I weren't so nieve. At any rate, all the guys were very gracious, patient and kind to me (and treated me like a savvy shopper!) I love my Edge. It is everything I wanted in my new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. My wife and I had no prior knowledge of or experience with Pearson Ford, but we decided to stop there anyway to look at a 2011 Ford Edge, so we could compare one with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and a 2012 GMC with Pearson Ford, but we decided to stop there anyway to look at a 2011 Ford Edge, so we could compare one with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and a 2012 GMC Terrain we had looked at earlier in the day. We were just spending the day gathering information on different makes and models to determine what we wanted to buy later this year. As we were looking at a 2011 Edge at Pearson Ford that really caught our eye, we were approached by salesman Mark Glozier. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and asked if he could answer any questions for us. We talked about the Edge for a short time and then out of the blue Mark asked us if we would like to test drive it. My wife and I both drove it and we found it to be a wonderful vehicle that exceeded our expectations. It had so much more comfort and room with so many more features for the money than the mid-sized competitors that Chevy or GMC offer. Only to have comparative information for my wife and I to discuss when we got home, I asked Mark to "run some numbers" for us on the 2011 Edge we took for a test drive. Ford had $3,000 rebates on the 2011 Edge plus I am able to get X-plan pricing, which is very close to invoice pricing. In addition, Pearson Ford offered us more for our trade in than any other dealer ever would have (considerably more than wholesale). The bottom line price was so good we decided to buy the 2011 Edge right then and there. In our opinion, the great folks we worked with at Pearson Ford all worked very hard to earn our business and they even stayed more than an hour past closing time on a Saturday evening to wrap up our purchase. We plan to order another new Ford product at the end of this year and Pearson Ford will definitely be our first stop for a great price from Mark Glozier. PS...For anyone who plans to buy a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain, you really need to look at a Ford Edge and take one for a test drive first! They are an outstanding mid-sized CUV and we are extremely happy with ours. More

I had an appointment at 9:30. My car was not taken in until 10. I didn't get my car back until 11. I will not be coming back. Mark was very helpful and was very nice every time I went to Pearson (as I came a couple different times while I was car shopping). The reason I gave price a lower score was because at the end when I was set on the car I wanted and had money to put down and a trade-in, we were $400 off from what I wanted to pay and the price Pearson had the car at. It took about another hour and Pearson running my credit through several different times in order for them to figure out how to make the sale work, which ending up being close to a 4 hour process. More
