I have one complaint. Your finance guy offered a plan where 1/2 of each monthly payment is deducted from our account every 2 weeks, and over the course of the auto loan we would end up paying it off soon where 1/2 of each monthly payment is deducted from our account every 2 weeks, and over the course of the auto loan we would end up paying it off sooner and paying less interest. Initially, I agreed to it. Then I went to the website for the company who handles it. I discovered that there is a $399 lifetime fee and a $1.95 fee for each transaction. The $399 is taken out of the 2-week paymnets in the months that would have 3 payments in them. You wouldn't start "saving" until then. I called the phone number for the company and spoke with Sergio. He confirmed the $399 fee and the service fee. He also stated that they don't send the payment to the lender every 2 weeks - they hold it until they have a full payment or more and pay it on the due date. None of this information was provided at your dealership. I think it would be good for people to know these facts. I cancelled the arrangement, and Sergio told me there would be no deductions or fees from them. I just thought you should know. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the service we received at your dealership. Mark is great. More

When we first purchased our 2011 Edge we had a problem with the Sync system..it would not shut down when the car was turned off. This happened at 5:45 on a Friday evening. I called the dealership and aft with the Sync system..it would not shut down when the car was turned off. This happened at 5:45 on a Friday evening. I called the dealership and after several rings Scott in Service picked up and I explained our problem. He stated they were closing, but he would wait until I got there to fix the problem. One, I didn't realize what time they closed, but I didn't expect anyone to wait on a Friday night either. Scott fixed the problem, which was Fuse #29 and we were on our way. This was above and beyond the call of duty, I also go to Scott from now on for service. More

Person Ford is the BEST place to buy a car/truck or to have repair/service done because of the amazing people that work there! John Person has hired a staff that goes above and beyond. I had an appointment for my first oil change for my Fiesta I bought in November. Everyone, as always, was so nice & helpful. My service consultant, Scott Krouse, met me the moment I entered the service area. I told him about getting caught in a "tar storm" due to poor road repair at 79th & Ditch. He told me that the body shop could check it out after my oil change. While waiting, I saw Michael Berg. I told him about the tar incident, so he went out and looked. He reassured me that he thought the body shop could take care of it. In fact, when my car was finished in the service department, he took it over to the body shop while I waited. They took care of some of the tar, but couldn't get it all from the tire wells. So, Michael took it to Evan in the detail department (I think). He had a special solvent that got it all off for me! Then, he washed the car to get the solvent off......I couldn't believe it! I had been so worried about my poor little car, and now it is as good as new! I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with everyone at your dealership. Michael was so helpful when I bought the car, and again today. And he's the internet guy!!! Thank you. You were right.....Pearson Ford does an excellent job making all dealings go smoothly! More
