A little online research revealed that pricing was pretty average for the location. A small glitch at the beginning of the test drive was quickly resolved. Car was clean and well prepped at delivery. One side note, I didn't notice until later that the vehicle had no floor mats. Why would an Edge Sport not have mats? Overall, a better than average experience. Update - I was contacted by Scott and he graciously provided me with floor mats and compensation for my additional trip to the dealership. Thanks Scott. More

Traded Wifes daily Driver back at the end of September then just traded my daily driver today. BOTH transactions Dan worked his Magic and got us into the vehicles we wanted. Granted wife and me are swapping the "new" vehicles...but it played out in everyones favor!
