Drove 3 hours each way and only spent 2 hours having my trade in evaluated confirming the loan they had arranged, signing the papers and moving treasure from old to new. He helped us get a quick test drive and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He kept in contact with us over a couple days while we secured our funds and ultimately walked us through the purchase the car we had found.
