Salesperson had little knowledge of the product. Salesperson continued to add back items we had negotiated off the price. Re-did paperwork (3) times. F&I quoted one interest rate, let us drive the vehicle home, then stuck us with a higher rate. Dealer sold us an aftermarket warranty, which they now say is not valid for the first (30) days, even though the policy states the effecitive date is the sale date. Temporary tag has expired - can't get ahold of anyone in F&I to let me know when to expect our tag to be completed. Can't drive the unit because yemporary tag has expired. This is the only vehicle I have EVER purchased that the selling dealer did not clean up, remove window stickers, and fill with gas. I took it to the detail shop the day after we bought it, and had to buy gas within 3/10 of a mile of the dealership to avoid running out. More

Went looking for a car due to an auto accident through no fault of our own.
