He did not want to hear any of my questions, especially when trying to talk about my Tires and when to replace them. I also purchased additional protections with my truck, like protecting my interior seats when trying to talk about my Tires and when to replace them. He was very rushed, not very customer oriented, almost as if I inconvenienced him by bringing my vehicle in to him. More
