On Saturday 05/09/2026 I woke up to a tire issue with my 2024 Nissan Titan. I contacted Sam Ziegaus in the service department and since the tire pressure was holding I was able to drive their vehicle to the 2024 Nissan Titan. How would you rate Sam Brown was great. So was the sales manager. The service manager was rude. Even both Sam and the sales manager admitted, that they had heard similar feedback. Keys first delivered uncut, then cut wrong, then not all programmed. He was a complete xxx when I went out of my way to give him feedback. He did not want to hear about it and was rude about it. Almost cost Pearson the deal. Definitely cost them an extended service contract. The availability of trucks may be better in Ocala, but service is better in Gainesville. My wife wanted to buy the grey Z in the show room, but not after our experience in service. I have bought several cars a Pearson. I won't be back. Ask Sam about some of the issues.
