After that, he took us on a long road test and we found that we really did enjoy this car, the 2017 Rogue Sport. David Ridway came over to us and introduced himself, and he also helped with the whole process. Just like Rudy, he was genuinely attentive to our needs. In the end, we were financed through Nissan and we were happy with the interest rate. The final paperwork was processed seamlessly by Jim Spaulding. As a consumer, when you tell me 2:30 I expect the car to be in the service bay within a few minutes. Appointments are meaningless when warranty work is to be done. I wonder if it would be different if I was a cash customer. Same thing happened last month for an EXPRESS (MY ASS) oil change. Im going to see if things are better in Gainesville. More
