Received no call, email or text confirming my appointment. Tried to change me $141 for an oil change when the website states $99.99, tried to speak with the service manager, after waiting 2.5 hou appointment. Pearson Nissan is the only place that has worked on my car since it was purchased in 2018. When taking my car in for maintenance, etc, I ALWAYS request Isaac as my Service Advisor and Sherman as the tec car since it was purchased in 2018. When taking my car in for maintenance, etc, I ALWAYS request Isaac as my Service Advisor and Sherman as the technician. I trust both Isaac and Sherman. To my knowledge he is the only technician that has worked on my vehcile. They advise me as to what should be done on the vehicle and when. Having maintenance completed on my vehicle is A LOT CHEAPER than purchasing a new vehicle. More

I wouldn't trust my Nissan GTR with anybody else.
