My only disappointment was with finance. As I was signed up to make payments online and was only making one to pay off the car. If I had known this prior to I would have objected as I'm a victim of fraud and I had several instances of it with your website and other issues and I incurred finance charges which I should never have paid. Nissan acceptance told me and they always send bills by mail and when I expected it I was already incurring is service charge for that day. Everyone there tried to help me but they said I was stuck paying that way and I find that quite hard to believe.
