Drove it for a few months and put 6000 plus miles on it paid 27,000 and his great offer was 10,000 . WOW I can hardly contain myself .i should just run down there and do it . I must say honestly that was the biggest waste of time as well as one of the biggest insults I’ve received as of late. WORST SALESMAN EVER More

Service here has been hit or miss. Depends on who you get I guess. Sometimes things are great, van gets washed even and fluids are topped off. Other times, even though they say things are good, we have had fluids that needed filling or topped off days after the service was done. We were told a couple of visits ago that the brakes were almost getting to the point of needing replaced. So, I expected to hear about that this last service, yet no mention of it. So that tells me there was not a complete inspection of the vehicle. There is a plastic oil cap or cooler cap that sits on the top side of the engine. It was cracked and allowed oil to spew out the top. I explicitly told the service personnel I needed things checked as I had a long trip to take the following day. I was assured it would be done. After my trip I was down a little over a quart and there was a loud ticking sound which was unrelated to the service you did. But a mechanic I had come out to the house, showed me a cooling cap that sits on the top side of the engine that was allowing oil to come out and drop into the engine below. After 3 days I lost all that synthetic oil you put in and had to have the new metal cap and new filter put on. I think with a thorough inspection this should have been caught. That ticking noise was present when i took it in. Only reason I had it looked at was due to the fact it was getting louder. Glad I did as I would have never known about the oil coming out the cap onto the engine. More

Brought it in for Miss said it might need plugs. I did it at my house. The plugs were fine. Had an intake or valve cover leaking oil filling up the cylinder. The total price for that and the oil cha I did it at my house. The plugs were fine. Had an intake or valve cover leaking oil filling up the cylinder. The total price for that and the oil change cost me $190. I brought it in for the miss why would you guys check the brakes and tell me I need a brake fluid changed and everything else the problem never was solved so I threw $190 out the window at your place, it’ll only first and only time.
