The entire staff at Pearson Nissan is like family, from the receptionist to the sales people, to the service dept. they are friendly and professional. The facility from the garage to the waiting center is the receptionist to the sales people, to the service dept. they are friendly and professional. The facility from the garage to the waiting center is always clean. The waiting area is well stocked with drinks and snacks. It's just a great place. More

I have been a customer of this location for about 18 yrs now. I went in to have splash guards installed on my 2025 Nissan Murano only to find out the car already has them. HOWEVER, when I open my driver sid now. I went in to have splash guards installed on my 2025 Nissan Murano only to find out the car already has them. HOWEVER, when I open my driver side door there is always dirt & sand in the track. So this tells me the splash guards are not doing the work. HOW can I correct this issue? Without buying another car.. Thank you as always. More

On Saturday 05/09/2026 I woke up to a tire issue with my 2024 Nissan Titan. I contacted Sam Ziegaus in the service department and since the tire pressure was holding I was able to drive their vehicle to the 2024 Nissan Titan. I contacted Sam Ziegaus in the service department and since the tire pressure was holding I was able to drive their vehicle to the Service Department and had it checkecked out. Thankfully it was a minor issue yet she made sure it was taken care off and I was back on the road. More
