Customer service would not answer the phone,only to say he was with a customer.Well he was with that customer for several hours.Voice mail message not returned during the day,a Friday. Finally connected at 5:00 ,closing at 6:00.I no longer wanted the repair to be done . I’m not a car mechanic and depend on the dealer to give me an honest answer. I brought this car in at 10:00 on a Thursday and by 5:00 ,the next day,all I got was a explanation inferring it was my fault for not understanding what needed to be done. I’m too old to be brow beaten,while paying top dollar,for substandard service. I will never bring my car to your dealership in the future. More
