Online scheduling for service was simple and convenient. However, no one greeted me when I arrived in the service lane. Left plastic seat covers in the car and fingerprints on the visor. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at Nissan in Ocala, FL. If it was not for the free oil change included in the warranty I would not have chosen this location for service. More
