Excellent service department, from the man who checks you in, he's so friendly and upbeat. Brian goes out of his way to make you happy. Zach checked me in and was very professional and (thankfully) was wearing a mask. As for the showroom nobody had a mask on and when the salesperson met a person coming in they shook that customers h (thankfully) was wearing a mask. Myself along with three other people off to the side watching all this. I have COPD and one of the people by me also has COPD. None of us could believe What we saw, all the sales people were standing together with not one mask. If Pearson Nissan does not care about the customers that are worried about the virus then maybe the customers need to change locations. If the sales people think they are invincible to the virus, they are not and they can infect an innocent person. The service dept. was great with Zach, The waiting area and showroom was uncomfortable to be in. More
