Overcharged Before any of the discounts that appear on my bill it shows that my service for an oil change, cabin air filter change and a free multi point inspecti Before any of the discounts that appear on my bill it shows that my service for an oil change, cabin air filter change and a free multi point inspection would have cost me $212.40. That is ridiculous. I looked online and you can buy that exact filter for less than $25.00. I had a friend check it a while ago and they took it out and put it back in about 5 minutes. You charged me $40.00 for labor. Is that what 5 minutes of your labor costs. There is a charge for $7.60 that I absolutely can't figure out what it pertains to. It says Job #A. I don't even see that on the bill. I can get this same service for less than half of what you charged me and it's near my house. I love my car and have given it the best of the best service all this time. I won't use your business again. I also have two sisters who have Nissans and I am passing on this message. When I look for a new car I will not use your business. Sorry. More
