Oil Change Bought a van from Automax earlier this year and was informed that Pearson Nissan did all the work on it and was highly recommended. So when my oil cha Bought a van from Automax earlier this year and was informed that Pearson Nissan did all the work on it and was highly recommended. So when my oil change light came on I went there. They were about to close but decided they would keep it open so I could get the oil done. Don't know of any other dealership that would do that! They did an expert job of oil change, checked the whole van and engine out for any possible problems and got me finished up in little time., And the oil change price was equivalent to the 10 min oil change places except I do feel much more secure using a dealership that knows what they are doing! Very pleased. I will be taking my vehicle there for more oil changes and any mechanical problems. Very professional and great waiting area with lots of snacks! More

Scheduled Service Had scheduled my service for oil change and to get 4 new tires installed. Upon arrival I found out that tires I was hoping to buy were not in stock a Had scheduled my service for oil change and to get 4 new tires installed. Upon arrival I found out that tires I was hoping to buy were not in stock and wouldn't be available until later that afternoon. Jimmy got together with parts department and found me another set for about the same price. Went ahead and had those installed. I couldn't be happier with the service and with Jimmy going the extra mile to see that my needs were met in a timely fashion. I have never had a problem with Pearson's service department and would highly recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thanks again, and keep up your excellent service. More
